The Ogdensburg Promise (TOP) is a place-based scholarship and workforce initiative that helps eligible Ogdensburg Free Academy graduates who meet the City of Ogdensburg residency requirements pursue the future that is right for them.
Beginning with eligible members of the OFA Class of 2027, TOP will provide last-dollar support for eligible tuition and mandatory fees after federal, state and institutional aid has been applied—while two Promise Pathway Coaches guide students toward college, skilled-trade, technical or vocational pathways.
By investing in education, career preparation and the potential of our young people, TOP is helping strengthen families, build our regional workforce and create a brighter future for Ogdensburg.
